Citizens Advice Bureau – Latest Contact and Services Information
Please note that, because of government guidance, we are unable to provide face to face advice, either through a drop-in service or by appointment. See below for how to contact us for advice:
You can get advice from us online, by email and over the phone. Please note due to Coronavirus restrictions affecting several of our staff and volunteers we are running a reduced service. Please bear with us.
Before using our service we recommend visiting the national Citizens Advice website, which has a lot of useful information about the issues people come to see us with. A search there is a great place to start when you have a problem you’re not sure how to handle.
A new digital advice service is open to Teignbridge residents only and is provided by Citizens Advice Teignbridge. Make an enquiry.
You can contact us by calling Devon Adviceline on 03444 111444, 9.00am–4.00pm Monday–Friday. If you phone us we’ll spend a few minutes asking you about your issue to work out the best way we can help you.
