Adviceline and Digital Services Manager
37 hours per week
Salary £20,455 per annum
The post holder will be responsible for managing and developing CAB Devon’s telephone and digital services, ensuring the CAB service in Devon is ready and able to meet the challenges of a fast moving advice and information environment.
The post holder will be based at Teignbridge CAB (in Newton Abbot), but will have management responsibility for the whole of Devon.
The ideal candidate will have experience of advice and information services and be able to demonstrate a strategic understanding of developing and managing telephone and digital services. A commitment to high quality, customer focused front line services is essential.
