Town Councillors are always anxious to hear from residents about any concerns or issue that they have – or maybe any ideas they have to make the town better.
The Town Hall office is open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and we can be e mailed at any time at firstname.lastname@example.org
However, neither of these options give the opportunity of face to face contact with individual councillors. So councillors have decided to operate a Saturday drop-in surgery at the Town Hall, starting on Saturday 2 April. The surgery will run from 10am to 12 noon and will be held in the Clerk’s office, which is at the bottom of the main staircase. You don’t need an appointment, you simply drop-in and talk.
Maybe you want to report a pot hole in your street, complain about anti-social behaviour or find out more about a planning application. If so, come on in and talk to a councillor. It doesn’t matter what the issue is as long as it is related to Chudleigh. Councillors may not be able to answer your query on the spot but they will ensure that you get an answer in the days that follow.
